Please note, shoes bought during sale are FINAL SALE and will not be replaced.
We offer Free exchanges within India. After receiving your pair of shoes, if for some reason, you are unsure of the size or want to swap for another pair, we would be happy to exchange them for you.
We must receive the Phenominaal shoes within 20 days from the date they were shipped to you.
Kindly note : The shoes must be returned in their original packaging, with dust cover, thank you note, box, etc all intact. They must be returned unworn and unused and only then the exchange request would be accepted

In case you wish for us to arrange the reverse pickup, please contact us on our Instagram Page or Whatsapp on 9779941264, we will do the needful. A payment of Rs. 150 for the same will have to be paid by you for the reverse pickup from our end.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the shoes are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note which can be availed both online and at our store.
